Robyn completed her training at Trillium College Kingston campus in the summer of 2016, earning an Honours Distinction. She has always had an interest in athletics, playing various varsity and competitive sports during her high school career. While pursuing other educational and career paths, she maintained an interest and passion for massage therapy, and the science of the human body. By treating the soft tissue of the body, she aims to decrease muscular discomfort and dysfunction, improve limitations in daily activities, improve wellness, and relieve stress that her clients may be feeling. She is continuously exploring various techniques for treatment to help her clients achieve the results they want. She keeps general Swedish massage techniques, including hydrotherapy, trigger point release, and deep tissue massage, as her core skills, and has recently added Cupping Therapy to her resume of skills. She works closely with her clients to alleviate the signs and symptoms of their conditions, and empowers them to set realistic, attainable goals in their healing.
Outside of the office, Robyn has many hobbies which include: playing guitar, participating in organized sports, coaching high school soccer, hiking, kayaking, and volunteering in her community.
