Sports Injuries Happen

Sports may be your passion, your entire world, or just your favourite part of the week. When injury strikes, recovery is crucial and getting started is the most important part. Waiting only makes recovery more difficult. Here at Hydrathletics, we'll help you move again with the expert advice of our interdisciplinary team, physical therapists, and low-impact aquatic therapy.

Finding Your Return to Sport

We get that injuries are a big deal. For most athletes, their first question is: "When can I resume training?" Our aim: craft a custom treatment plan for a quicker, safer recovery. We’ve worked with athletes from Olympians to weekend soccer warriors to help them increase mobility, get back to sport, and condition safely.

Our customized Return to Sport program, spanning four phases, hones basic movement skills, advances athlete preparation, and prioritizes sport reintegration. Therapists guide clients in tailored settings, integrating sport-specific movements. We collaborate with coaches, to enhance performance and readiness for your return.
